REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS for Workshops/Seminars/Group Breathwork with John Stamoulos

Submission of an online registration is regarded as a firm booking (subject to availability) and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Payment:

Please note that payment of all fees must be made in full upon the submission of your registration. Payment can be made using one of the following methods:

PayPal (preferred method) – By clicking through this registration, participant can make online payment via PayPal.

Cash – in special circumstances and with the prior written agreement with the local promoter, by cash directly to the promoter, prior or on arrival at the event.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Any cancellation by the participant must be made in writing. All cancellations shall be in the form of writing and shall be sent by email, fax or post to John Stamoulos. Email: john@johnstamoulos.com | FAX: +618 82349765 |PO BOX 152, TORRENSVILLE PLAZA 5031 SOUTH AUSTRALIA.
2. The date on which the letter is received by John Stamoulos, will determine the cancellation charges that are applicable. (a) If cancellation is received before 10 days from the commencement date of the workshop, you will be refunded 50% of the full workshop fees. (b) If cancellation is received within 72 hours of commencement of program there will be no refund. However if participant wishes to transfer the program to another person then they will need to notify John Stamoulos to organise this.

Event Cancellation:

John Stamoulos reserves the right to cancel this event if numbers are insufficient. In this case, all monies will be refunded in full.

In the event of cancellation, we will use reasonable endeavours to alert those who have booked to attend and details of any cancellation will be posted on the appropriate event website.

Participants are responsible for checking this information prior to the event online or with John Stamoulos.

Program Changes:          

John Stamoulos reserves the right to make alterations to the programme, date and/or venue at any time without prior notice. However, all participants will be appropriately notified when the changes are confirmed
