What is Life Enhancement Intensive Breathwork Certification Training (LEI)?

The Life Enhancement Intensive Breathwork Certification Training (LEI) is an in-depth professional Breathwork training pathway for people who feel called to deepen their own healing, develop strong facilitation skills, and support others through the power of conscious connected breathing.

LEI is a multi-phase, standardised Breathworker training course certified by the Australian Breathwork Association (ABA) and aligned with the standards of the International Breathwork Foundation (IBF) and the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance (GPBA).

Successful completion of the full training pathway gives students the designation of Certified Professional Breathwork Practitioner.

The LEI course has been designed by John Stamoulos through his own personal transformational experiences with Breathwork and more than 30 years of facilitating and teaching Breathwork internationally

A Training for Personal Transformation and Professional Facilitation

LEI is not only about learning technique. It is a deep personal and professional journey.
The training supports you to heal, learn and serve.

When I experience the immense flow of love that emanates from the core moments in every Breathwork session, I know that this process opens us up, Breathes New Life and Heals

The Three Phases of LEI Training

Phase 1

Life Enhancement Intensive — 17-Day Training. The initial LEI training is a 17-day intensive experience taught, supervised and mentored by John Stamoulos. This phase includes personal Breathwork sessions, learning exercises, supervised practice, group processes and practicum experience.

During this phase, you will be supported to identify the origins of limiting belief systems, release restrictive thought patterns and the emotions connected to them, choose new supportive beliefs, discover and begin clearing personal blocks, explore the creative power of thought and language, develop intuition and self-awareness, unleash your inner potential, clarify what you want to create, and practise daily Breathwork and experiential processes.

Phase 2

Supervision and Study. Within three to four months after the initial intensive, students continue through supervision, study and practical application. This includes supervised Breathwork practice, case study work with clients, written assignments, required reading, classes or additional learning sessions, participation in Breathwork venues, and continued mentoring.

Phase 3

Practicum and Completion. The final phase supports students to consolidate skills and complete professional training requirements. This includes ongoing mentoring and supervision with John Stamoulos, observation of different Breathwork sessions, supervised facilitation, one-on-one client sessions, required case studies, and integration of ethics, skill, confidence and professional practice.
