Mechanics of Goal Setting will assist you to create a visual and creative folder of your dreams and will help you develop tools to manifest them.

You will receive a full colour folder divided into different areas of your life from Family, Spirituality, Career, Financial investments, Money, Material wealth, Conscious friends/ community, Health & vitality, the Planet, Relationships, Leisure etc. By setting-out clearly how and what you like your life to look like, by using colour pictures and words - you will set out to sail an amazing life!
