At its core, Breathwork helps us tap into our body’s innate wisdom. By bringing our awareness to the breath using conscious connected breathing technique, we unlock a gateway to our inner world. This practice can induce altered states of consciousness, allowing us to process suppressed emotions, traumas, and anxieties. It’s like hitting the reset button for our mind and spirit.
One of the most remarkable aspects of Breathwork is its accessibility. You don’t need any special equipment or an advanced degree in meditation to get started. With guidance from experienced practitioners, you can begin to explore your breath’s transformative potential right from the comfort of your own home.
The benefits of Breathwork are manifold. It can reduce stress, increase energy levels, enhance mental clarity, and promote emotional release. People have reported profound insights, personal breakthroughs, and even spiritual awakenings through consistent practice.
In a world where stress and anxiety are prevalent, Breathwork offers a simple yet powerful tool for self-healing and personal growth. By harnessing the transformative power of our breath, we can embark on a journey of self-discovery and self-improvement that can lead to a more balanced, joyful, and fulfilled life. So, why not take a deep breath and begin your transformative journey today?
Use your breath to “turn loose” the burdens you have carried for much too long –
We’re Not All Blessed With Exit Wounds
If you ask me about letting go
I’ll tell you that we’re not all blessed
with exit wounds
and it doesn’t always leave your body–
sometimes it’s the thing you carry.
I’ll tell you that one day you’ll turn it loose
you’ll let it go away from you
but some things aren’t so easily
scattered to sea–
sometimes it’s easier to let it stay
until the sun that comes from nowhere
cuts holes in the darkness
and breaks you open
and when it pulls misery from night
and burdens from body
I’ll tell you that you’ll find feathers
in the spaces left behind.
