As a new year begins, it is worth considering that the wisp of time between last year and this year has had little effect on your present circumstances in physical reality. The same problems, situations, focus and relationships that were with you at the end of 2022 are still in your life and still need the attention and/or resolution they did a few minutes before the calendar flipped into 2023!
With the turn of the calendar the invitations to re-focus and set intentions for the coming year are intimately linked to addressing those unresolved situations that are begging for your attention and ‘fixing’. What do you need to leave behind, re-commit to or create this year in order to nurture your wellbeing and joy?
Dig into Your Toolbox
Perhaps it is time to dig into your toolbox and find what you need to shine up and sharpen for use in the coming year.
Affirmations, rituals, meditation practices, yoga, or working with visualizations are approaches that can make 2023 your year to heal, grow and move toward new iterations of yourself. Use Breathwork as the hypersonic access channel that releases what no longer serves you and forges a genuine connection to the healing love within you.
If you have an idea or a desire to accomplish goals in the coming year, it is important to give yourself all the benefits and support you have amassed over the years to help you achieve those objectives.
In order for ideas to be powerful, they must be imbued with the energy of our engagement with them, and in order for tools to be effective they must be put to use. This sounds obvious, but often we fall into the habit of thinking we are engaging with ideas and using tools by virtue of the fact that we are reading about them, or listening to other people talk about them. In truth, using our tools is a very personal action, one we must take on behalf of ourselves ~ Daily Om
May you find 2023 to be a year of growth and abundance in whatever way you desire and may you discover the tools you have with you that will support your ultimate success!
Breathe,
Remember to use your tools
