I did the LEI training in 2001 and it was the best training that I have ever done. During the course I was able to go within and discover the true me. I experienced deep healing and allowed myself to trust and let go. A sacred space was created by John and his team in which it was safe to experience a multitude of emotions. I was given many tools and techniques which I now use in my daily life, both consciously and unconsciously. My life has been undeniably changed since I started rebirthing and completed the LEI training.
John has found the formula of combining breathwork and an effective mixture of other techniques to create LIFE ENHANCEMENT INTENSIVE. The title of this 15 day course explains everything, as John, in the most loving way, with a mixture of compassion and divine intelligence takes you through a journey of awareness, healing and creation. You may read 1000's of self help books and know all the theories which exist on a conscious level, but until you clear past negative thoughts from your subconscious mind which limit your growth and block your road to happiness, all theories are just words. The nurturing LEI environment created by John allowed me to feel safe enough to release and heal past traumas which lay dormant deep inside me since I could remember, and then taught me an entirely new way of thinking, as well as giving me practical tools to cope with my present life and to plan, focus and manifest the life that I always wanted. The tools which I learned in LEI in 2005 are tools which I still use on an everyday basis NOW. I know the road to Joy and Peace and realize I choose if I want to stay in a state of negative thinking and ruin my day or not!!
It took me many years and a lot of hard work to bring myself to the next level. I am a graduate of Hypnotist, Reiki, Quantum Touch, Body Talk and Success Permission with the intention to assist in self-healing work. LEI is the one thing that I never knew was the `missing foundation' to other modalities I have learnt in my healing processes. It was like building a dream house without a solid foundation is a calling of wastage and struggle. After LEI, all my previous hardwork fall into places almost immediately. Whatever it is, I am very grateful that I had given myself the opportunity to explore what LEI can make a difference in my life. My work, finance, relationship and support came automatically even without me needed to work for it. This amazes me until today. I still find this unbelievable. This is truly beyond explanation how it happens. Without my passionate mentor, John Stamoulos, I wouldn't have learnt that life is indeed fun and easy. I now want to agree with that statement. 15 days of intensive training (LEI) in Langkawi has transformed and is still transforming me. It has taught and given me lots of tools to be conscious and connected to my thoughts, feeling and also all of my experiences. I feel much more alive and able to see things the way I have never seen, felt and do before. Life has never been the same anymore. I feel more joy and love, more connected to people, things and situation around me especially my loved ones. Of course, there are times when things don't go the way I want to, however I'm now able to see that there's always something for me to learn from.

I was introduced to John Stamoulos a few years ago now and wow! What a turn my lifes journey has taken. I have been mentored and have worked alongside John. John conducts his workshops with integrity, compassion, nurturing, honesty and provides a safe, loving and trusting environment which he uses to unlock stuck patterns and start deep healing. I thought I had an idea of what his LEI training was about however it was nothing I had imagined. It was more! More fun, more exciting, more nail biting, more confronting, more honest, more loving & nurturing.
