I hope you are loving your life...
I am looking forward to facilitating the next BOFA this February 15th 2012
Currently I am home in busy and Summery Adelaide - enjoying catching up with family and friends
I feel rather connected right now and as for me, I have been simply in awe of the capacity we have for giving and receiving love. Even a random thought of sweetness, or an authentic gesture of loving-kindness, ( 'just because') during the busy-ness and stresses of one's day, serves as a road mark as we establish a life of true-connection and the deepest form of joyful living.
I have been focusing on releasing : Fear, Insecurity, Loneliness, Shyness, Worry, Overreaction, Anger, and the Avoidance of true intimacy and closeness and also exploring these topics with my clients- the more we let go of fear the more love we have and more connected we are.
Please come to the next Group Breath work session and invite friends along to share in this inner journey.

The process itself uses very simple means: it combines accelerated breathing with evocative relaxing music in a safe and comfortable setting. With the eyes closed and lying down, each person uses their own breath and music...
