When I decided to do my Breathwork training, I first did it for myself! I use to have so much fear in the past that it physically paralysed me in many areas of my life. I just did not have the tools to move through any of these personal blocks that were so deep in my subconscious mind. I remember visiting just about all sorts of therapists to be able to take my fear away, well now that I look back; I have learnt that I only needed to feel my fear, know that it would not kill me because all it was, was just a thought or a memory!

I feel so lucky and blessed to have found this breathing process, it has assisted in healing my fears and I am in such a happier and abundant place on my journey through this gift of LIFE!

I never thought in a million years that I would embark on this Breathwork journey and travel worldwide teaching and facilitating this process. I am so excited now to be doing this work and I just want to keep sharing this with many as many people who are willing to participate and learn. What I discovered was the more I grew personally from this process of Breathwork, the easier it is for me to facilitate sessions and support my clients and give them more value too. What you will receive from the training?

For me, the training was life altering, no a Life Changing Experience. It is an Intensive workshop solely focused on self, on you. I learnt everything about myself. I learnt so much about myself and every time we run the training I learn more and remember more. Hard to believe I know, but before the training I was a freaked out and fearful guy, thinking that I would have to live with this fear forever. I will always remember the beauty of the training and how much I have learnt. Reflecting like this reminds me of the lack of life tools I had and the person I was. Thinking of course I had it all planned out.

What you will learn from the training will be a lot about your emotions, and how you use them, how to use them more effectively, how when to align your emotions with your thoughts to produce greater both for yourself and the planet. You may learn to trust, to feel, even to love yourself completely. I learnt to tell the truth, my truth, and by doing that I also taught people that by telling the truth you get the truth and you get what everyone wants. I learnt to love, to be loved, to accept love into my life, to recognize love, in myself and others. I learnt to love others, because I love myself. I learnt about my habits, my habitual actions, my games that I play that I don’t think other people know I play. I learnt to recognize these games in myself and others. I learnt how I learned these games. I learned about my birth and how it is exactly that my birth plays out in my life. Weird, I know, thinking about it, it is kind of unbelievable however true!. I learnt about healing myself of all these things. These things that began with my thought that I was wrong. Wow was I wrong about a lot of things and I am still learning. I learnt to make corrections. I learnt about how correcting my thoughts are the first stage to knowing myself and only then could I correct my actions. If I correct my actions first then I am only band-aiding my behavior. I learnt about directing my behavior to what I wanted. I learnt what I wanted. I wanted to be whole. I learnt about wholeness, about money, about God, about life. I learnt so much. More than I can even remember while I am writing this. What put me on the right track straight away was that I learnt about myself, and that the mask I showed people was not what I really wanted to show them. I learnt how to be me.

The feedback I have received from all the people that I have seen go through the training is that it is worth every penny. Many also say it should have been more expensive. I laugh hearing that because I always ask if they would pay more, they usually say, “No, not then”… That is one of the reasons why we keep the cost of the program so low.

What is included in the investment?

The training investment includes:

16 days accommodation at the Sheraton Langkawi Resort
Food for the entire training, from morning to night
Day trips and access passes to other locations away from the resort
16 day accredited Breathworker training with the International Breathwork Federation

16 days with experienced Breathworkers who have been doing it for years.
16 days to focus on yourself
16 days to be nurtured. We advise people that while in the training they shouldn’t have to do a thing…
16 days of rebirths usually $400 each rebirth so that’s $6240 worth of rebirths
Warm water, cold water, open eye, closed eye, mirror, partner rebirths
16 days of processing your issues about self, family, money, spirituality, parents, death, love etc…
Goal setting workshop that they can teach others plus 3 or 4 other workshops they can use
Clearing processes to use with friends, loved ones, business associates
Activities that will embed their learning about themselves
Business basics workshop – usually charged out at $4000
And finally a special treat that I cannot tell you about but is worth in Australia about $1200
Completion day in Adelaide/or Singapore – 1 day with John and his team of Breathworkers
2 years of coaching and mentoring for those who are wanting to do rebirthing professionally
